We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including Vicky, Gabrielle, Christie, and Carmann. The hotel is conveniently located near the Shek Mun MTR Station, making it easy to explore. the hotel offers a free shuttle service to various destinations, such as the Sha Tin MTR Station and New Town Plaza shopping mall. The lobby area is spacious and inviting, with a children's play area and a lobby lounge. The hotel facilities, including the gym, outdoor swimming pool, and landscaped area, were all great. Our room was wonderfully comfortable and spacious, with a great view of the surrounding area. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped. this hotel was so nice in terms of cleanliness, facilities, transportation options, and the helpfulness of the staff.

For us, it was ideal.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, with easy access to the main train station at Sha Tin. It is also close to a shopping mall, where you can find an amazing Dim Sum place to satisfy your cravings. The rooms are comfortable, with clean bathrooms and all necessary amenities. The staff provides friendly service, and there are facilities such as a pool and an executive lounge available for guests to enjoy.

The buffet options for breakfast were underwhelming, with limited choices to choose from.

Front desk manager and service operator were excellent in assisting with lost items. A relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Will choose this stop again when traveling through HK.

It is also situated in a quiet residential district, away from the busy tourist areas. Additionally, there is a convenience store right across the street, making it easy to grab any essentials you may need during your stay.
