We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including Vicky, Gabrielle, Christie, and Carmann, provided excellent service and gave us useful advice on navigating this city. The hotel is conveniently located near the Shek Mun MTR Station, making it easy to explore. Additionally, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to various destinations, such as the Sha Tin MTR Station and New Town Plaza shopping mall. The lobby area is spacious and inviting, with a children's play area and a lobby lounge. The hotel facilities, including the gym, outdoor swimming pool, and landscaped area, were all top-notch. Our room was wonderfully comfortable and spacious, with a great view of the surrounding area. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, transportation options, and the helpfulness of the staff.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, with easy access to the main train station at Sha Tin. It is also close to a shopping mall, where you can find an amazing Dim Sum place to satisfy your cravings. The rooms are comfortable, with clean bathrooms and all necessary amenities. The staff provides friendly service, and there are facilities such as a pool and an executive lounge available for guests to enjoy.

The buffet options for breakfast were underwhelming, with limited choices to choose from.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood on a small hill. It is also situated in a quiet residential district, away from the busy tourist areas. Additionally, there is a convenience store right across the street, making it easy to grab any essentials you may need during your stay.

Great amenities for families with children, such as a children's play area and free shuttle service. The spacious lobby with seating and a lounge is perfect for relaxation. The restaurant Mo Mo Cafe serves decent meals, while the hotel bar on the 30th floor offers a nice ambiance for this area of the city. Conveniently located with McDonald's, Circle K, and a small supermarket nearby. More local eateries can be found in the shopping center next to the MTR Station.

It was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the city. the staff were incredibly patient and accommodating, especially with families. the breakfast buffet was a standout, offering a wide variety of delicious options that exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep.

One downside was the disappointing lounge. It didn't meet my expectations in terms of service and ambiance.
